"Maximize the Moment"
(may take a minute to download)
Reaching People, Touching Lives, With The Love Of Jesus
Baring Cross Baptist Church is a community of believers in the Lord Jesus who want to touch those around them with the love of God. We are a church that actively seeks to demonstrate our love by helping those in our community, this country and the world.
We believe that the Living God loved the world so much that He gave His only Son so that by believing in Him, anyone could experience the forgiveness of sin and have the hope of eternal life.
We believe that in order to become a fully developed follower of Jesus one must have a vibrant relationship with Him. That through a solid foundation of bible study each believer in Christ will discover and develop their spiritual gifts, develop the heart of a servant, will develop a biblical view of stewardship and giving, but most importantly, share one's faith with the world.
We invite you to worship with us this coming Sunday.
“Consecrate the Land - Maximize the Moment”
This third campaign focuses on renewing our commitments concerning our building indebtedness. Our families are encouraged to seek God’s leadership as they determine their “Consecrate the Land - Maximize the Moment” commitments. “Not equal gifts...but equal sacrifice” will be the major emphasis.
"Consecrate the Land - Maximize the Moment" is the third capital fundraising campaign related to the relocation of Baring Cross Baptist Church. The first fundraising campaign focused on buying our property. The second campaign focused on building our current facilities. We are encouraging others to join us with their commitments, and in so doing preparing ourselves to provide space for our growing membership.
| The Van Ministry You can help this homeless ministry by purchasing a T shirt for $20.00, $10.00 of which will be donated to "The Van" Homeless Ministry. The T shirts are available in the church foyer. We are also having a "Clothes Hanger" Drive for this ministry. They are in need of clothes hangers to hang up the donated clothing. Bring your clothes hangers to the church and we will deliver them to this ministry. |

Sunday mornings the kids, 4 years - 2nd grade, have their own worship service. Worship KidStyle brings Bible stories to life and the day's truth home in a way kids will understand. School age children will watch attention holding Life Application videos that speak to them in their own language and show them how God's Word relates to their lives! All children 4 years through 2nd grade are invited to join us. If you would like to help, a sign up sheet is on the Church Information table. Come join Theo and his mischievous little friends as they explore theological lessons like faith, obeying God's Word, forgiveness, the armor of God, sin and the plan of salvation.
